Dunkins are a dime a dozen here—drive a mile in any direction, and you’ll pass one. I’m serious. I live in the smallest town in the smallest county in the smallest state and I have three locations within six minutes of home-that’s how dunk-addicted we are. So why does a small iced coffee with oat milk and sugar taste completely different depending on the location?

It’s the same with Realtors. We all follow a national code of ethics and the same set of laws, but working with one agent can feel totally different from working with another.

But Why?

Because we’re HUMAN. Every one of us brings our own values, priorities, and approach to the table. That’s what shapes your experience—not just the rules or the laws, but the person behind the job.

That’s why I go out of my way to remind people: we’re not all the same. Not every agent gives off those used-car-salesman vibes. My mission is to show you that working with the right Realtor can be a totally different—and much better—experience. And I hope it shows!
